The purpose of the Project Scheduler is to help you see everything your team is currently working on and what's coming up next. Set project start and end dates when you create your projects, then use the Project Scheduler to get an overview of everything at the same time.
Set Project start and end dates on Project creation, edit the dates as the project proceeds, and use the Calendar view to see the projected Projects workflow.
